Responsibilities

Create, update, and maintain project schedules using Primavera (P6) scheduling software
Coordinate with project managers, and teams to gather input and validate schedule data
Integrations across multiple schedules
Perform critical path analysis, schedule quality analysis, track milestones, and monitor schedule performance
Identify schedule risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies
Generate regular reports, including look-ahead schedules, progress updates, and variance analysis
The ability to resource and cost-load schedules and run Earned Value Management reports
Familiarity with large-scale projects

Required

Detailed-oriented and analytical skills
Strong understanding of scheduling tools, mainly Primavera (P6)
Project controls methodologies
Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams

Coordinate with project managers and teams to gather input and validate schedule data
Integrations across multiple schedules
Perform critical path analysis, schedule quality analysis, track milestones, and monitor schedule performance

High School Education or higher (Associate's Degree, Bachelor's degree, or Master's Degree)

Preferred

PMP or other PMI certification
PSP or CST or other AACEI certification
Project Gating procedures knowledge
Prior work experience in SQL coding
