Employing Building Information Modeling (BIM) techniques

Supporting various phases of roof management projects, from evaluation to construction documentation
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD), CAD Standards, and Drawing practices
Experience with Technical Drawing and creating detailed and accurate schematics
Knowledge and hands-on work in Building Information Modeling (BIM)
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment
Preferred
Familiarity with roofing or construction projects is a plus
