Responsibilities
Lead and manage IT projects within the Client Systems scope of a CMMC program
Plan, track, and execute project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal IT groups, cybersecurity, vendors, and external partners
Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans
Ensure project outcomes align with CMMC requirements and broader cybersecurity objectives
Facilitate stakeholder communication, status reporting, and executive-level updates
Oversee vendor performance and deliverables to ensure contractual and technical compliance
Drive delivery of business capabilities while maintaining security, compliance, and quality standards
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as an IT Project Manager on complex, enterprise-scale initiatives
Experience managing schedules, budgets, resources, vendors, and stakeholders
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and client technologies
Ability to operate effectively in a regulated or cybersecurity-focused environment
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Experience supporting Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) or similar compliance programs
Strong experience with client and endpoint technologies, including: Active Directory, MECM, SCOM, Device deployments, Citrix VDI, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange
