They are hiring a full-time Digital Media & Production Specialist to create and produce content across their digital assets, focusing on professionalizing client-facing and public-facing content.

Responsibilities
Create professional-grade slide decks and presentations
Edit and produce video content used for marketing and training clients
Work alongside the marketing team to execute our social media strategy
Assist in podcast production and post-production
Develop consistency across our entire suite of digital products
In all aspects of the job, leverage AI tools and platforms to increase output and efficiency without sacrificing quality
Qualification
Required
Strong graphic design skills
Ability to create professional-grade slide decks and presentations
Ability to edit and produce video content used for marketing and training clients
Ability to work alongside the marketing team to execute social media strategy
Ability to assist in podcast production and post-production
Ability to develop consistency across the entire suite of digital products
Ability to leverage AI tools and platforms to increase output and efficiency without sacrificing quality
Adaptable and curious
Visionary with the ability to expand digital capabilities and elevate content while remaining true to the brand
Strong visual design foundation with a clear sense of layouts, hierarchies, and storytelling
Strong ability to create static digital content, including slide decks, proposals, and informational pdf's
Strong post-production video editing ability with a feel for modern, clean techniques
Strong awareness of AI tools that can expand capabilities and increase bandwidth
Basic knowledge of designing and editing websites in Squarespace
Some ability to set up and produce video content and podcasts
Some ability to assist in administrative duties for social media channels
