Guest & Client Communication: Professionally handle calls, inquiries, and correspondence, promoting property offerings when needed
Data Entry & Meeting Setup: Input guarantees, schedule meetings, and coordinate set-ups, A/V, and food preferences for flawless event execution
Rewards & Appreciation: Manage Marriott Rewards, organize Honored Guest Awards, and send post-event thank-you letters to groups
