Responsibilities
Offer our guests unparalleled service with warmth and attentiveness
Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve hotel revenue targets
Lead and manage the sales and marketing team, providing guidance and support to maximize their performance and productivity
Oversee the operation, services, and activities of the Sales & Catering Department
Identify new market opportunities and develop innovative strategies to capture and expand market share
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other key stakeholders to generate business leads and promote the hotel's services
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences, and use the findings to inform marketing and sales strategies
Collaborate with the revenue management team to optimize pricing strategies and maximize revenue potential
Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and other promotional activities
Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices and implement innovative sales and marketing techniques to stay ahead of the competition
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to sales and marketing activities
Participate actively in annual budget planning, goal setting, and implementation alongside the General Manager
Lead ongoing research in the travel
Qualification
Required
Highly motivated and strategic individual with a passion for sales and marketing in the hotel industry
Experience in developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve hotel revenue targets
Ability to lead and manage a sales and marketing team, providing guidance and support to maximize their performance and productivity
Experience in identifying new market opportunities and developing innovative strategies to capture and expand market share
Strong relationship-building skills with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other key stakeholders to generate business leads
Ability to conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences
Experience collaborating with revenue management teams to optimize pricing strategies and maximize revenue potential
Experience overseeing the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and other promotional activities
Ability to monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing
Ability to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to sales and marketing activities
