Responsibilities
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable environment
Ensure excellent service by coordinating customer needs and requests
Follow proper phone procedures and keep the refreshment area stocked
Greet customers warmly and provide assigned workspaces and internet access
Assist with reservations and offer information on local attractions, restaurants, and events
Oversee visitor sign-ins, badges, courtesy car usage, and track flights
Maintain customer data in Salesforce, update visitor logs, process purchase orders, and handle payments
Qualification
Required
A high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or a bronze level WorkKeys certification is required
A minimum 1-year experience in customer experience or relative administrative experience is required
Ability to obtain and maintain an airport security badge may be required if applicable
Preferred
Strong communication skills in both written and verbal is helpful
Ability to operate and use a multiline telephone is helpful
Must be able to maintain a professional demeanor, listen to instructions, and interpersonal skills is helpful
