Head of Performance Marketing (Paid Social-Led Growth)

Tapstitch is a global, AI-powered fashion platform helping SMBs, creators, and entrepreneurs design, produce, and ship apparel at scale. The Head of Performance Marketing will own the paid acquisition engine and lead the U.S. growth strategy, focusing on driving incremental GMV through channels like Meta, YouTube, and TikTok while building a high-impact growth team.

Responsibilities

Own U.S. paid acquisition strategy across priority channels (YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms)
Drive incremental GMV through structured experimentation and optimization
Manage budgets, pacing, CAC targets, and ROI performance
Continuously refine ICPs and acquisition hypotheses
Hire and scale a high-performing Performance pod, including:
Media buying talent
CRO specialists
Creative Lead
Expand creative talent as needed to deliver premium, high-volume content informed by performance learnings
Establish clear operating rhythms, testing frameworks, and performance dashboards
Partner closely with Creative to brief, iterate, and scale winning assets
Build a tight creative → performance feedback loop
Develop scalable frameworks for:
Hooks
Messaging
Formats
Funnel optimization
Partner with Lifecycle and Product to ensure strong:
Paid → activation flows
Onboarding experience
Retention loops
Translate performance data into clear insights and prioritized actions
Ensure learnings influence broader GTM strategy
Clear, structured testing roadmap
High-performing creative engine producing premium + high-volume content
Predictable acquisition insights
Strong partnership with GTM leadership
Scalable systems that power sustained U.S. growth

Required

Proven experience in leading paid acquisition strategies, particularly on Meta, YouTube, and TikTok
Demonstrated ability to drive incremental GMV through structured experimentation and optimization
Experience managing budgets, pacing, CAC targets, and ROI performance
Strong understanding of ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and acquisition hypotheses
Experience in building and leading high-performing teams, including media buying talent and CRO specialists
Ability to establish clear operating rhythms, testing frameworks, and performance dashboards
Experience in partnering with creative teams to brief, iterate, and scale winning assets
Ability to develop scalable frameworks for hooks, messaging, formats, and funnel optimization
Experience in full-funnel ownership, including paid activation flows, onboarding experience, and retention loops
Ability to translate performance data into clear insights and prioritized actions

Preferred

Experience in the fashion or e-commerce industry
Familiarity with AI-powered platforms or tools
Experience in working with SMBs or startups
