Responsibilities
Ensuring compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard. This will include addressing gaps in process procedures and facilitating the development of appropriate metrics for Quality Processes
Help the transition to ISO 9001:2026 in the upcoming years
Support the Customer Care Program (CCP). This may include:
Composing responses to customers regarding quality issues
Proposing warranty decisions
Organizing customer feedback to uncover systematic problems and trends
Investigations of returned products from customer complaints including writing reports of findings
Leading cross-functional teams for root cause analysis and corrective actions
Developing and reporting on CCP metrics on a regular basis
Assist with ISO and Customer Audits, Audit Responses and Customer Requests
Participate in Internal audit process
Analyze quality data and performance trends
Manage the First Article Inspection / Incoming Inspection process and laboratory
Review and sign certificate of quality
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree In Engineering or STEM related disciple
2+ years of experience focused on quality management in a manufacturing environment
Current knowledge of the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 standards
Preferred
5+ Years experience in Manufacturing Quality environment
Use of programs such as MiniTab, SQC Pack, Microsoft SharePoint
Six Sigma Green or Black Belt
