Responsibilities
Lead & Innovate: Drive process improvement initiatives and continuous improvement efforts across the organization
Performance Excellence: Establish performance metrics and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify enhancement opportunities
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and foster productivity
Expert Guidance: Provide expert guidance and support to project teams utilizing process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma
Talent Development: Develop comprehensive training programs to enhance employee understanding of process improvement methodologies and tools
Strategic Alignment: Work collaboratively with senior leadership to ensure process improvement initiatives align with broader organizational goals
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or related field
Validated 8+ years' experience in Corporate/Sector Strategy within an internal capacity or at a management consulting firm
Proficiency in English
Strong familiarity with digital technologies such as process automation, data analytics, ERP systems which are essential for modernizing operations
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
Over five years of experience managing and coaching both individual contributors and leaders
Proven track record of developing and executing innovative solutions to drive operational excellence
Proficiency in change management methodologies and techniques
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, leveraging a data-driven approach
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to present complex ideas and concepts clearly and compellingly
Preferred
Master's degree preferred
Fluency in French and/or Spanish would be highly helpful
