AccruePartners is seeking a Benefits Admin for a 6-month contract position. The role involves tackling the benefits administration backlog, processing high-volume benefits transactions, and supporting day-to-day operations to ensure a smooth employee experience.

Responsibilities

Tackle the current benefits administration backlog created by the recent payroll system implementation; process high-volume, time-sensitive benefits transactions with accuracy
Support day-to-day benefits operations (enrollments/changes/terminations, eligibility updates, and issue resolution) while ensuring a smooth employee experience
Maintain clean documentation and tracking to ensure timely follow-through and clear handoffs as volumes normalize

Qualification

Benefits administration experienceData skillsHRIS experienceAttention to detailFast-paced environment

Required

Proven, hands-on benefits administration experience (high-volume processing, strong attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment)
Strong data skills (Excel proficiency; able to audit, reconcile, and manipulate large datasets confidently)
Experience navigating HRIS/payroll/benefits platforms and learning new systems quickly; comfortable working through system-related issues
Able to start ASAP and move quickly through a streamlined process (one round interview after presentation)
