Responsibilities
Bond with resins and adhesives using shop processes for bonding and curing
Assemble components using torque tools and other manual tools following assembly instructions and drawings
Work with various materials such as compaction bags, air tools, and calibrated equipment
Qualification
Required
Typically requires High School Diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D in the US) or vocational/ technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or factory operations
Experience in assembly
U.S. Citizen - The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Preferred
Work experience using hand tools
Bonding and curing experience
Experience using hand/calibrated tools
Experience reading drawings
Good teamwork and communication skills
Demonstrated motivation for continuous improvement
Basic computer skills
Perform repetitive tasks in accordance with an established, demonstrated process
