Responsibilities
Provides critical, comprehensive support for the operations of the Appraisal and Environmental Services Department, with a variety of administrative tasks
Manages a pipeline for the receipt, processing, and delivery of environmental products in compliance with company guidelines and state and federal regulations
Supports as needed all advisors in the environmental services, commercial lending, and credit administration departments
Meets or exceeds the stated Service Guarantee commitments
Represents the Bank to both internal and external customers in a courteous, professional manner
Actively protects the confidentiality of customer and account information
Demonstrates Horizon Bank’s commitment to the communities we serve through involvement in local organizations and events
Qualification
Required
