Responsibilities

Execute daily fund accounting activities in alignment with established SOPs, job aids, and internal standards
Ensure accuracy, quality, and timeliness of all deliverables in accordance with SLAs and internal guidelines
Collaborate with internal teams, shared services, COEs, and external partners to resolve operational and client service issues
Respond promptly and effectively to internal and external enquiries
Identify process improvement opportunities and proactively contribute ideas to enhance team efficiency
Coordinate workflows, assign tasks, and support short-term planning to meet deadlines
Monitor output to ensure accuracy standards and delivery timelines are consistently achieved
Provide training, guidance, and coaching to team members as needed
Communicate clearly and effectively across teams and stakeholders
Escalate risks appropriately in line with established policies and procedures
Identify and report any unusual or potentially suspicious activity in accordance with corporate guidelines
Provide additional support as required

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
2–4 years of experience in fund accounting and/or custody operations
Knowledge of financial instruments and investment products preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail with the ability to work under deadlines
Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build effective working relationships with global teams and international clients
Commitment to compliance with company policies and professional standards

Preferred

Knowledge of financial instruments and investment products preferred
