Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for patients and caregivers seeking care
Guide families through enrollment with empathy, clarity, and professionalism
Conduct outbound and inbound outreach to schedule and confirm appointments
Complete enrollment back-office work, including insurance verification, reporting, reminders, and documentation
Coordinate closely with Care Navigators, Providers, and Operations teams
Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant records in EHR/CRM systems
Support enrollment workflows across assigned state(s) and programs
Qualification
Required
Experience in healthcare, patient access, insurance enrollment, or sales
Strong phone presence and customer service skills
Appointment scheduling experience in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working remotely across U.S. time zones (EST–PST)
Preferred
Understanding of dementia care or caregiver support a plus
