This role is critical to the success of their enterprise SaaS platform, overseeing the migration of customer applications and ensuring seamless project execution across global engineering teams.

Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the migration of customer applications from Hyperflex to UCM (on-prem managed service by Cisco)
Support the customer environment throughout the infrastructure upgrade lifecycle
Manage logistics of equipment deployment and relocation across data centers
Track down application owners and ensure readiness for migration
Facilitate seamless handoffs across global engineering teams (India, China, US) using a -follow-the-sun- model
Plan and execute migration waves across 400+ customers, ensuring scalability and minimal disruption
Collaborate with the overarching program lead (Aj) while owning the day-to-day fundamentals of project execution
Document technical discussions accurately and translate engineering input into actionable plans
Coordinate with hardware teams and focus on application-level migration processes
Maintain visibility into hundreds of servers and ensure alignment with migration timelines and dependencies
Qualification
Required
Proven experience managing infrastructure or platform-as-a-service projects
Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS environments and application migration processes
Excellent communication and coordination skills across time zones and geographies
Ability to work independently and drive accountability across distributed teams
Experience with customer-facing environments and managing technical stakeholders
Familiarity with Cisco-managed infrastructure and on-prem solutions is a plus
Preferred
PMP or equivalent certification
Experience with global project delivery models
Background in enterprise technology or infrastructure operations
