Part-Time Visitor Services Associate, IUMAA
Indiana University is home to the Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology (IUMAA), which focuses on archaeological and ethnographic collections. The Visitor Services Associate will provide excellent customer service, assist visitors in connecting with the museum's offerings, and support various administrative tasks within the museum.

Responsibilities
Works in visitor-facing spaces including at the welcome desk and in galleries to provide excellent customer service
Helps visitors connect with the museum's offerings
Answers the telephone and directs calls as needed
May help host programs/events
Assists other museum departments in administrative tasks like data entry, scanning, etc
Walks the building routinely to offer assistance and ensure the building is safe, tidy, and welcoming for all
Assists the LCE team and Operations teams in preparing rooms for events
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent (such as HSED or GED)
Excellent communication skills
Willingness to learn new things
Ability to troubleshoot
Basic computing skills including the ability to use Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and online forms
Preferred
Some experience in customer service
Bilingual in English and any other language
