This role involves providing advanced technical expertise in analytical methods and quality practices to support product commercialization and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities
Work independently, within functional teams, and across disciplines while demonstrating strong communication and technical leadership
Provide guidance and mentorship in analytical techniques, data interpretation, and laboratory best practices
Actively contribute to laboratory operations, including continuous improvement of systems, workflows, and database management
Apply strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
Maintain high attention to detail and uphold scientific rigor, data integrity, and quality compliance
Utilize digital tools and data systems such as LIMS, SAP, SharePoint, and Office 365 (advanced Excel preferred)
Work fully on‑site; this role is not eligible for remote or hybrid arrangements
Demonstrate a strong commitment to ethical conduct, safety, and fostering an inclusive and collaborative working culture
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in bioanalytical science, biochemistry, biochemical engineering, chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related field with 12+ years of relevant industry experience
Master's degree (M.S.) in a related scientific discipline with 8+ years of relevant experience
Ph.D. in a related scientific discipline with 3–5 years of relevant experience
Strong technical foundation in analytical methods, including enzymology, HPLC, spectroscopy, electrophoresis, and related bioanalytical techniques
Proven ability to troubleshoot analytical issues, interpret complex datasets, and recommend scientifically sound solutions
Effective cross‑functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with R&D, QA/QC, Manufacturing, and site technical teams
Strong communication skills, including the ability to present technical findings, integrate diverse inputs, and influence project direction
Proficiency with digital tools and data systems such as LIMS, SAP, SharePoint, Office 365 (Excel expertise preferred), Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Access
Ability to work fully on‑site and contribute actively to laboratory operations, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives
