Responsibilities

Champions adaptability and a positive change mindset across Small Business teams, as teams evolve process, data and technology capabilities on our path to $10B by 2030
Implements and supports strategies that reduce resistance and enhance adoption of new initiatives
Drives leader accountability in adoption and leadership through change, acting as a transformation coach, supporting employees in navigating change
Leads teams in the development and execution of change management plans, including communications, upskilling, and stakeholder engagement campaigns, to support organizational transformation goals and anchor changes
Ensures technology implementations are aligned with business needs and user adoption strategies
Develops, improves, and maintains key Portfolio artifacts in collaboration with Finance and technology teams
Drafts Invest reporting deliverables and other key portfolio artifacts including powerpoint decks, excel spreadsheet and visualizations
Provides support and guidance to Value Stream Owners and Agile Portfolio Managers (APMs) on a regular basis
Supports 3-year roadmapping efforts in partnership with Value Streams and Lean Portfolio Management (LPM Team)
Actively manages and refines all aspects of the KPI reporting process in close partnership with the LPM Business Lead, Finance, and Value Stream Owners
Owns Portfolio-level KPI artifacts and monitors Portfolio KPIs against plan
Liaises with Finance to drive Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) refresh efforts
Coordinates and manages monthly and quarterly reporting in Portfolio Syncs and Strategic Roadmap Reviews
Organizes and executes working sessions with stakeholders to solicit input on key tasks, identify completion dates, risk, and issues. Follows up diligently with stakeholders. Drives resolution of open risks and issues
Partners closely with the cross-functional Lean Portfolio Management Teams to ensure adherence to exit criteria as epics move through the Kanban; support overall health of the Portfolio Kanban. Assists with Rally support and data management

Required

5+ years of either P&C, project management, finance, or Agile experience is required
Strong Change Management mindset and Hands-on experience with change frameworks (ADKAR, Kotter or Change Consulting) is required
Consistent and outstanding attention to detail with both numbers and words (much of our team's output goes directly to the senior leadership of the business unit and company)
Forward-thinking self-starter with the ability to understand 'what the team needs to do next' and document those actions into a plan
Ability to Lean In – Seek to understand content, challenge & question, look for improvement opportunities, raise new ideas, build relationships and high-trust, with a focus on adding value
Effective written and verbal communications skills with the ability to use data to tell a story and identify the 'so what.'
Strong facilitation, collaboration and influence skills, including the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across multiple business units
Self-motivated individual with demonstrated ability to handle multiple high-priority demands, manage expectations, and achieve objectives in a fast-paced environment
Must be highly adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity; passionate about continuous improvement and innovation

Preferred

Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams preferred
Process mapping / improvement background preferred
Exposure to agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Scrum, Kanban, etc. and Rally or similar agile workflow management tools preferred
