Responsibilities

Own the relationship with your assigned national accounts—be the person they trust and rely on
Build partnerships based on real results, not just promises
Make sure work gets done right, on time, and in compliance
Quote repairs, service, and deficiencies
Manage client KPIs, compliance metrics, and service portals (e.g., ServiceChannel, FM Pilot)
Coordinate with dispatch, vendors, and technicians to make things happen
Keep everyone in the loop—clients, internal teams, and your crew
Lead a team of coordinators and vendors who count on you to set the standard

Required

Fire Alarm, Burg, and/or Fire Sprinkler trade knowledge. Strong understanding of fire sprinkler, fire alarm and/or burg and related codes
Quoting experience. Ability to generate quotes for fire sprinkler and/or fire alarm service, repairs, and deficiencies
Experience managing national fire & life safety accounts. Must have managed high-level, multi-site, complex portfolios (e.g. retail, grocery, warehouse, healthcare, etc.)
Worked for a national fire service company. Prior experience required
Client-facing account management experience. Directly responsible for the client relationship and performance
US-Based and able to work in-office. This is an in-office position. All candidates must be based in the United States and able to relocate if necessary
Strong communication, follow-through, and organization. You must be able to manage multiple moving pieces and lead others toward execution
Experience with client portals (e.g., ServiceChannel, FM Pilot, etc.)
5+ years in fire & life safety account management
A track record of managing complex, high-stakes client portfolios
Hands-on experience with sprinkler, fire alarm and/or burg systems—and the ability to quote work confidently
Leadership skills and the ability to coordinate teams toward a common goal
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Comfort with service portals and dispatch systems
Someone who's driven, organized, and puts the client first

Preferred

Field experience. Understanding of what happens on-site is a strong plus
Certifications. NICET or other relevant certifications preferred but not required
