Technical Recruiter (Enterprise, AI and Emerging Tech)
Game Seven Staffing is a company focused on helping engineering teams scale amidst the AI boom. They are seeking a Technical Recruiter to connect top talent in hardware, software, and mechanical engineering with exciting projects, while managing candidate relationships and maintaining a clean recruitment pipeline.
Responsibilities
Find great engineers. Build and nurture a national pool of contractors in firmware, robotics, embedded, AI infra, semiconductor chip designers, and more
Run smart outreach. Use LinkedIn Recruiter/Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Sourcewhale to book conversations every day (email, text, and—yes—phone)
Own the relationship. Learn candidates’ skills and goals, present roles clearly, negotiate pay packages, and guide them through start
Keep the pipeline clean. Track every step in Bullhorn; set next steps with dates—no black holes
Hit goals, learn fast. You’ll have a clear weekly activity plan and a quota you can actually see yourself beating
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (4-year accredited)
Bullhorn experience (you've lived in it—submittals, notes, starts—and use it to run your day)
LinkedIn Recruiter power user (projects, saved searches, Boolean, smart InMail)
Email sequencing chops (Sourcewhale/Outreach or similar; A/B testing; track replies/meetings)
Proven producer: you've been a top biller (team #1 or top 10%)—bring your numbers
Clear writing, honest follow-through, and a calm voice under pressure
Curiosity—your favorite question is 'why?'—and the habit of taking notes
A positive, team-first attitude (we keep it candid, kind, and fun)
