Responsibilities

Assist with general Human Resources projects, tasks and assignments
Handle Team Member documents, maintain files and electronic records
Address Team Member inquiries
Manage accommodation process
Process unemployment claims
Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records
Work with HR, legal, and other departments
Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc
Perform other job-related duties as requested

Required

Working knowledge of Human Resources Information System (HRIS), and other similar computer applications
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Applications (ex. outlook, excel, word & power point, etc..)
Polished appearance and demeanor
Excellent customer service skills
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Ability to effectively communicate in English
Ability to obtain and maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules, regulations, policies and procedures
Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
At least 18 years of age
At least 6 months of customer service experience in a similar or related field
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States

Preferred

Experience working in Human Resources
Fluent in more than one language
Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting
