Responsibilities
Design and refine user interfaces that align with client needs and project goals
Utilize Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and design elements that improve user experience
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
Independently manage tasks and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
Enhance existing functionalities and introduce features that elevate the user experience
Work on projects related to social websites, ensuring optimal usability and accessibility
Provide creative solutions to design challenges while adhering to project requirements
Conduct user research and integrate feedback to refine designs
Ensure consistency in design elements across various platforms and devices
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to present design concepts and gather input
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
Proficiency in using Figma for design and prototyping
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Experience in enhancing existing functionalities and developing new features
Knowledge of designing for social websites and understanding user behavior
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Excellent communication skills to convey design ideas and concepts effectively
