Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end implementation process of our SaaS solution, including defining scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams to deliver impactful business results for customers
Facilitate client onboarding sessions and product kick-off meetings to establish clear goals, expectations, and timelines for successful implementation
Bring visibility to blockers and elevate feedback into roadmap influence, acting as a voice of the customer within the company
Guide customers through high-stakes migrations with a mix of strategic planning, communication, and calm under pressure
Build and refine lightweight frameworks for forecasting delivery, identifying risks early, and improving implementation predictability
Balance agility with accountability, scaling process and reporting thoughtfully

Required

Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing complex highly configurable SaaS product implementations
Proven track record of managing complex end-to-end software implementation projects
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and clients in a consultative manner
Experience in risk management, issue resolution, and delivering projects within scope, time, and budget
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with an ability to manage timelines and expectations when things do not go according to plan
