Responsibilities
Conduct in-home consultations with leads generated for you from our corporate marketing team
Present air conditioning, gas furnace, heat pump, mini split, and other HVAC products options with homeowners
Maintain lead pipeline through continued customer outreach and prospecting
Qualification
Required
Valid Drivers' License
3+ years with excellent customer service skills and HVAC/R Outside Sales experience
Have in-home sales experience
Possess excellent one-on-one presentation skills
Assertive and results-oriented with a need to succeed
Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
Highly motivated, flexible and great attitude on life
Hold customer service as a top priority
