Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from current, former, and prospective employees regarding HR programs and services
Respond to or route inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and processes
Research, analyze, and resolve routine HR issues and discrepancies
Process basic HR transactions in accordance with service level agreements
Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and internal controls
Support quality checks and assist with process improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service and relationship management skills
Experience working independently in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
Exposure to HR or human capital management systems
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
Familiarity with HR functions, shared services, or call center environments
