Responsibilities
Financial Reporting: Prepare comprehensive financial statements, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
Ledger Management: Prepare monthly journal entries for billing, oversee the general ledger, and provide critical audit support
Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of accounts and bank statements to ensure accuracy
Compliance & Tax: Create necessary tax and regulatory filings
Advisory: Provide guidance on cost accounting issues and analytical insights to the team
Collaboration: Work effectively with both internal departments and external clients to resolve billing or accounting queries
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, complex formulas)
Strong quantitative skills with a focus on accuracy and detail
Open to junior-level candidates, recent graduates with internship experience, or seasoned professionals with a background in tax
Ability to maintain professional relationships with diverse stakeholders
