Responsibilities
Support project planning, scheduling, and execution activities
Prepare project documentation, dashboards, and status reports
Track project milestones, risks, issues, and action items
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
Support data analysis, presentations, and business reviews
Apply project management tools, methodologies, and best practices
Participate in client meetings and document outcomes
Qualification
Required
MBA graduate (2025 / 2026 batches) from a recognized business school
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Preferred
Internship, academic project, or prior exposure to project coordination
Basic understanding of project management concepts (scope, schedule, cost, quality)
Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies
Exposure to tools such as MS Project, Jira, SharePoint, or similar platforms
Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
