Responsibilities
Provides back office and operational support to Wealth Advisors
Provides frontline customer service to members via telephone/email
Schedules member appointments to meet with wealth advisors (mostly in-bound calls)
Processes advisor paperwork which may include preparing, receiving, sending, emailing, scanning, faxing and tracking documents
Resolves team notifications
Receives, assigns and manages team tasks to ensure a high level of member service
Receives and processes move money transactions
Maintains team CRM data (Salesforce.com)
Assists in compliance activities
Qualification
Required
Between 0 - 3 years in financial services
High School Education Diploma or Equivalent
Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); must be able to type 60+ WPM
Must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instruction, and procedure manuals
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees, members, or clients
Ability to communicate well with members and teammates
Ability to multi-task many high priority requests
Occasionally reaches with hands and arms, climbs or balances, tastes or smells
Frequently stands, walks, uses hands to handle or feel, talks and sits
Depth perception and the ability to adjust focus, close vision, distance vision, color vision, and peripheral visual acuity are required
Frequently lifts up to 25 pounds, occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds
Office type work environment
