Responsibilities
Coordinate between Accenture and clients to create and implement business applications in the power generation industry
Translate process applications or integration shortfalls into effective transformation programs and projects
Supervise application, process, and functional design activities
Create functional requirements to be used in application design
Develop and test functional designs for business solution prototypes and components
Supervise the building and deployment of applications, data conversion, and test planning and execution
Support the development of new business, along with marketing and proposal efforts
Qualification
Required
At least 3 years of Power Generation experience, preferably in the nuclear or power plant industry
At least 3 years of experience working directly with clients building effective strategies
Strong functional experience with Maximo, or enterprise asset management system workflows for work management, engineering, or supply chain related projects
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
You have knowledge of nuclear work management, including work planning, scheduling, and maintenance processes
You have experience with nuclear asset management, equipment reliability, and configuration control
You have the ability to travel up to 50%
Preferred
Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Desire to work in an information systems environment
Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
You have some experience working for a Consulting firm
You have experience with a Maximo implementation, or upgrade
