Mach 1 Financial Group is seeking a Marketing Specialist who is ideal for recent graduates or those early in their marketing careers. This role involves assisting with marketing campaign execution, event support, and client/prospect communications.

Responsibilities

Assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns through various marketing mediums (including but not limited to social media platforms, blogs, website, email marketing tools, and more)

Support creation of content for blog posts, social media accounts, and digital display advertisements

Help manage the firm's website and social media platforms

Track basic marketing metrics and assist with campaign reporting

Ensure marketing activities meet compliance guidelines with guidance from team members

Coordinate logistics for events, webinars, and seminars

Submit deliverables to third-party vendors in a timely manner

Maintain CRM and marketing databases

Communicate with clients and prospective clients via text and email communications

Required

Bachelor's degree (or expected graduation within 6 months) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

Internship or relevant project experience in marketing, communications, or digital media

Ability to quickly learn marketing tools (CRM, email platforms, design software)

Preferred

Graphic design experience

Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools (Meta, Adobe Suite, CanvaPro, DaVinci Resolve, Capcut)

Event planning experience (corporate, organizational, or otherwise)
