Responsibilities
Proactively assists Broker in most aspects of policy management, proposal preparation, and presentation creation to better serve clients
Performs basic to more complex clerical functions, including but not limited to photocopying, faxing, scanning, word processing, and filing to assist Broker
Prepares and issues invoices to clients, identifies and resolves billing issues to ensure accurate records are delivered to clients and maintained internally
Provides assistance to Brokers regarding coverage questions and program adjustments to maintain policies and ensure policies are up-to-date
Builds and maintains ongoing relationships with small clients and team colleagues to deliver services both internally and in some cases, externally
Provides assistance to Broker regarding coverage questions and program adjustments
May demonstrate the ability to enter new bonds, upload documents, client demographics, process renewals, etc., under some supervision
Qualification
Required
