This role is responsible for overseeing system design, implementation, maintenance, and ensuring technical interoperability across diverse and dynamic operational settings.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage all technical, administrative, and contractual requirements
Oversee recurring deliverables including monthly reports, security documentation, lifecycle plans, and inventory data
Provide senior-level systems engineering expertise
Ensure compliance with DoW, Army, and USFK requirements
Manage configuration, change control, and IAVA tracking
Maintain workforce certification compliance
Coordinate with government stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in relevant IT or engineering fields
Minimum five years of experience in similar DoD IT O&M roles
Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining complex IT systems
IAM Level II (DoDM 8140.03)
Preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑coordination skills
Ability to operate effectively in dynamic or high‑pressure environments
Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes, cybersecurity requirements, and enterprise‑level IT architecture
