Responsibilities
Lead the development and refinement of the company's overall strategic plan in alignment with business objectives
Collaborate with executive leadership to translate the corporate vision into actionable strategies
Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential risks
Assess the competitive landscape and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making
Evaluate potential partnerships, alliances, and acquisitions to support business expansion
Identify and pursue opportunities for entering new markets or expanding existing ones
Stay abreast of industry advancements, disruptive technologies, and market innovations
Recommend and implement strategies to leverage emerging technologies for business growth
Assess and mitigate risks associated with strategic initiatives
Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges and market fluctuations
Work closely with other departments, including marketing, finance, operations, and technology, to ensure alignment of strategies and seamless execution
Foster a collaborative and communicative environment to promote cross-functional teamwork
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives
Regularly report on progress to the executive team and board of directors
Build and lead a high-performing strategy team
Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to foster professional growth and development
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
Proven experience in a strategic leadership role, with a track record of successfully developing and implementing business strategies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels
Demonstrated experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams
In-depth knowledge of the telecoms industry, market dynamics, and emerging trends
