Responsibilities

Maintaining candidate databases

Regular communication with hiring managers and candidates
Qualification
Required
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive professional relationships
Proficiency in hiring processes, including recruitment and interview coordination
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with candidates and internal stakeholders effectively
Customer service experience and a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience
Experience in administrative assistance, including managing schedules, documentation, and recruitment systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Preferred
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HR software is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
