Junior Technical Recruiter
Responsibilities
Source, screen, and engage Engineering & IT candidates
Deliver top-tier customer service throughout the candidate journey
Work closely with Account Managers to understand hiring needs
Maintain strong activity levels and meet weekly productivity goals
Build relationships and manage candidate pipelines
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Communications, Sales, etc.)
OR 1+ year in a fast-paced sales or customer-facing role
Strong communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly
Highly motivated, organized, and driven by results
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred
Prior recruiting experience is a plus but not required
