They are seeking a Senior Researcher / Talent Sourcer to own the front end of the recruiting funnel, focusing on talent mapping, outbound sourcing, and initial candidate qualification.
Responsibilities
Talent mapping for highly specific startup roles (engineering, data, AI, leadership)
Outbound sourcing and thoughtful, consistent candidate outreach
Initial candidate qualification and signal capture
Clear, well-structured handoffs to senior recruiters
Maintaining clean, organized pipelines and documentation
Qualification
Required
Experience in sourcing, recruiting research, or talent mapping (agency, in-house, or adjacent)
Cares deeply about accuracy and signal
Enjoys understanding how companies actually operate
Wants to grow into more responsibility over time — without being rushed or burned out
Thoughtful, curious, and comfortable asking clarifying questions
