This role involves performing account analysis, preparing SEC filings, and assisting with audits while staying current on U.S. GAAP and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Perform account analysis and support monthly close, including complex journal entries
Assist in preparing SEC filings, financial statements, disclosures, and related documentation
Provide financial data for management presentations and ad hoc analyses
Stay current on U.S. GAAP, SEC, and regulatory requirements
Assist with internal and external audit requests
Contribute to special projects as assigned

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA preferred or in progress
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Advanced Excel skills
Experience with large ERP systems (Oracle, Oracle HFM preferred)
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Effective at presenting information and collaborating with cross functional teams
