Senior Manager, Supply Chain Strategic Initiatives
AdaptHealth is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Strategic Initiatives to lead enterprise efforts in strengthening supplier relationships and ensuring commercial accuracy. This role involves overseeing operational processes related to supplier performance, contract execution, and payment integrity within the supply chain.

Responsibilities
Lead supplier onboarding, data validation, and ongoing performance monitoring
Ensure contract terms, pricing, fees, and service levels are accurately reflected in systems and executed consistently
Validate commercial accuracy, including pricing, credits, surcharges, and contract adherence
Identify, quantify, and track cost-savings opportunities across pricing, credits, fee structures, and operational inefficiencies
Own savings realization by ensuring negotiated savings are executed, measured, and reported accurately
Oversee AP issue resolution, including invoice discrepancies, pricing mismatches, and payment delays
Analyze payment trends to identify leakage, overpayments, and systemic gaps
Maintain governance over supplier statements, reconciliations, and credit recovery
Partner with Finance to ensure alignment with internal controls while retaining operational ownership within Supply Chain
Conduct supplier performance reviews using financial, operational, and service-level metrics
Resolve supplier escalations and drive root-cause corrective actions
Drive improvements in procure-to-pay processes, system logic, and data quality
Collaborate with IT, AP, and Procurement to enhance automation and eliminate manual workarounds
Build dashboards and analytics (Excel, Power BI) to monitor supplier performance, payment accuracy, commercial compliance, and savings performance
Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring financial or operational issues
Standardize processes, documentation, and governance across the enterprise
Develop training materials and lead rollout of new processes, tools, and standards
Communicate changes clearly to field teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Champion a culture of commercial discipline, operational rigor, cost stewardship, and supplier partnership across the organization
Direct supervision of Analysts (2–4)
Responsible for hiring, coaching, and performance reviews
Set clear expectations and foster a high-performance, data-driven team culture
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
5–7 years in supply chain or operations, supplier management, or related fields
Prior people management experience required
Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret supplier, pricing, and payment data
Deep understanding of procure-to-pay processes and supplier commercial structures
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with AP, Finance, Procurement, and Operations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Advanced Excel, Power BI, and data visualization skills
Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience with procure-to-pay processes, supplier governance, or AP operations strongly preferred
