Responsibilities

Owns full execution of commercial go-to-market strategy and approach for specific indirect spend categories, including, but not limited to, RFPs, RFQs and RFIs
Proactively seeks out opportunities to drive additional value through best in class sourcing practices
Actively seeks ways to streamline operations, and quickly get up to speed on industry and supplier landscapes over indirect spend categories
Communicates effectively with internal stakeholders, including those in executive positions, to gain alignment on sourcing recommendations
Develops business cases and financial models to communicate and influence best path forward
Drives key supplier business reviews and develops supplier scorecard to objectively drive alignment where needed
Results focused, and able to articulate value delivered to date and pipeline of value when asked
Maintain the Contract Lifecycle Management database for your respective categories
Support training and compliance of Duly’s procurement policies and procedures

Required

Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of strategic sourcing experience in the indirect spend space
Solid understanding of the 7 steps of procurement and effective business partnering
Experience in negotiations for large scale and spend contracts, developing and executing on strategic sourcing strategies
Experience collaborating with cross functional teams and presenting to executive leadership
Demonstrated successful track record of exceeding savings targets and financial goals
Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (VLook-ups, Pivots, SUM, etc.)
Intermediate level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint for Executive Presentations

Preferred

Experience with managing the CAPEX, or Capital Equipment Category, is a plus
MBA, or other advanced degree or CPSM certification
At least 4 years of experience leading change management
Experience delivering on aggressive savings targets
Understanding of working capital and driving payment term extensions
Professional experience in healthcare (Med Tech, Retail Pharma, Pharma, Provider Space, Payer, etc.)
Basic understanding of revenue cycle management within the provider space
Familiarity with Value Based Care and ACO Reach
A curious and accountable mindset- track record of finding innovative solutions and meeting defined timelines
