Responsibilities
Manage and support end-to-end Clearbox procurements for our complex full-procurement-service clients
Support creation and management of Clearbox documents and processes throughout the purchasing lifecycle
Presentation of research, conclusions and outputs of the Clearbox Process
Data collection and analysis of various topic areas where our clients are purchasing
Work with customers to answer questions, share best practices, perform user training and clear roadblocks to success
Assist with managing vendor inquiries, questions, and responses
Work with Account Managers to understand and determine data needs for each customer
Create and maintain Market Landscapes of technology areas based on customer needs
Onboarding new Accounts and Users to Marketplace.city Clearbox Platform

Qualification
Required
Comfortable working with and organizing data
Excellent presentation, writing and speaking skills
High organizational skills and attention to detail
Process focus and the ability to push multiple projects at one time
Energized by trying new things and getting things done
Desire to build or expand accounts and process
Curiosity for the future of cities and the use of technology to deliver a better quality of life
Curiosity for exploring AI and LLMs against specific use cases
Preferred
Experience in customer success, account management or market research a plus
Experience working with or in state and local government is a plus
Knowledge of the technology industry or procurement processes is a plus
