Responsibilities
Oversee factory financial control measures including compliant controls programs, reporting, and safeguarding of assets according to Nestlé Accounting Standards
Monitor and analyze performance, submitting month-end reporting results to appropriate parties, suggesting improvements as needed
Maintain, coordinate, and report budgets for the Miami factory and warehouse
Provide guidance to the Factory Management Team including conducting special financial studies, evaluating performance measures, and providing training on financial procedures and policies
Manage and direct the Factory Accounting Team, providing feedback and evaluation of progress against personal development and growth plans
Train Accounting Personnel on systems and procedures as needed to comply with Nestlé Accounting Standards and applicable legal requirements
Directly support Accounting Personnel in fulfilling all required team tasks and functions as required by the Miami factory and the business
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
4+ years' experience working with General Accounting, Cost Accounting, Internal Controls, Budgeting, and Compliance Management in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, military, or related environment
2+ years of people leadership experience
