Responsibilities
Create and modify design drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
Proficiency in CAD and BIM tools, including Revit, required
Prepare layouts and schematics with minimal supervision
Perform basic system calculations and design work
Assemble drawing packages for proposals, reports, and construction
Participate in coordination meetings with engineers, clients, and stakeholders
Ensure designs meet project requirements and company standards
Collaborate with internal teams for accurate and timely deliverables
Maintain professionalism in all client and vendor communications
Assist in mentoring junior designers
Qualification
Required
