Responsibilities
Draft sophisticated estate planning documents, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and related instruments
Assist with trust and estate administration matters
Work with high-net-worth clients on complex planning needs
Conduct legal research and draft memoranda and correspondence
Manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy
Collaborate with attorneys on both estate planning and litigation-related matters
Maintain the highest level of professionalism and discretion with confidential client information
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice in New Jersey
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience practicing law, preferably in trusts and estates
Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage competing priorities and work efficiently
Preferred
Admission in New York is a strong plus
LLM strongly preferred, but not required
