Responsibilities
BI Reporting Analyst IV will build, maintain, and communicate analytics, reports, dashboards, and data products to support sales performance, outbound campaigns, and go-to-market operations
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations stakeholders to define metrics, answer business questions, and translate needs into analytical solutions
Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes
Gather, clean, and consolidate large datasets to support campaign measurement, funnel analysis, and sales effectiveness insights
As a BI Reporting Analyst IV, you will perform ad hoc and deep-dive analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and issues across outbound motions and sales workflows
Continuously improve data quality, documentation, and reusability of analytics assets (tables, views, dashboards)
Qualification
Required
Undergraduate/Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Math, Engineering, Computer Science), or equivalent practical experience
Hands-on experience building and maintaining data pipelines / ETL workflows
Experience performing analytical work to support sales analytics, marketing analytics, or revenue operations (campaign performance, funnel metrics, conversion analysis, etc.)
Experience developing dashboards or analytical outputs using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Qlik Sense or equivalent)
Familiarity with modern data warehouses and analytics environments (e.g., Databricks, or similar)
Strong SQL skills (must-have), including the ability to write complex queries, perform aggregations, segmentation, and build datasets from scratch
Strong communication skills are a plus, with the ability to explain insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Ops
