Responsibilities

Provide analytical and administrative support for benefit plan activities, including both health & retirement plans. Work closely with HR Ops function to support all benefit related activities
Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of employee wellbeing programs, including physical, mental, and financial wellness initiatives
Work with various third-party vendors to ensure accuracy and adherence to contractual terms
Ensure benefits programs comply with federal, state, and local regulations; assist with audits and reporting requirements
Partner with external consultants and partners to coordinate market analysis and benchmarking to assess competitiveness of health and wellness offerings
Lead and assist in the rollout of new benefits programs, including communication, training, and system updates
Coordinate Requests for Proposals and Requests for Information for health and wellness vendors, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and cost efficiency

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2-4 years of experience in benefits administration with a focus on health and wellness programs
Strong knowledge of compliance regulations (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA)
Experience managing vendor relationships and RFP/RFI processes
Proficiency in data analysis and benchmarking tools
Excellent communication and project management skills
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Advanced Excel skills; experience with HRIS and reporting systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, ADP)
Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences
Highly organized and detail-oriented with a commitment to confidentiality and data integrity
