Responsibilities
Lead the end‑to‑end SEC reporting lifecycle, from planning through filing
Manage reporting timelines and coordinate across internal stakeholders
Oversee iXBRL tagging and ensure clear, compliant disclosures
Lead Disclosure Committee discussions
Partner with external auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audits
Support Investor Relations and Corporate FP&A during earnings and internal reporting
Oversee preparation of disclosure support across the team
Research and resolve complex accounting matters, communicating conclusions across decentralized business units
Develop and document accounting positions for transactions such as M&A, restructurings, minority investments, and hedging activities
Lead implementation of new FASB and SEC requirements (including expense disaggregation, expanded segment reporting, and climate‑related disclosures)
Actively support the development of global accounting policies
Review monthly cash flow statements and lead quarterly cash flow analytics
Present insights during quarterly CFO review meetings
Become a “super user” of finance and consolidation systems while driving continuous improvement
Mentor and develop junior team members in a collaborative, growth‑focused environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; active CPA required
8+ years of experience, including 5+ years in public accounting (Big 4 or strong regional firm required)
Strong command of US GAAP and SEC reporting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Analytical, detail-oriented, and confident decision-maker
Hands-on, energetic leader who thrives in a collaborative environment
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities without compromising quality
