Responsibilities
Lead by Example: Act as a role model for the team, delivering superior customer service and building lasting relationships that encourage repeat business
Drive Store Success: Support the achievement of store and individual sales goals while helping to execute both short and long-term business strategies
Manage Operations: Take responsibility for store opening and closing procedures, maintain brand image through visual presentation, and ensure a neat and organized environment
Develop Talent: Assist in training and onboarding new team members, sharing your product knowledge and passion for the Kiehl’s brand
Qualification
Required
A High School Diploma or GED
Previous experience in retail, cosmetics, and customer service
Strong communication and analytical skills, with basic computer proficiency
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month
The ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly
Preferred
Prior keyholder experience is preferred
Bilingual abilities (Spanish or Mandarin) are a plus!
