Relocation Consultant
All Relocation Services is a global relocation management company supporting corporate clients and their relocating employees through one of life’s biggest transitions. The Relocation Consultant role involves serving as the primary point of contact for relocating employees, providing guidance and support throughout the relocation process, and managing relocation files from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for clients and relocating employees
Explain and administer relocation policy provisions
Manage relocation files from initiation through close-out
Coordinate services including home sale assistance
Bring urgency, accountability, and care to resolving questions and supporting relocating employees, especially during critical moments
Qualification
Required
Strong consulting and customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
A natural desire to help people and take ownership of outcomes
Preferred
Experience in relocation or mobility is a plus
