Responsibilities
Design & Build Load Balancing Solutions: Architect, configure, and implement advanced F5 LTM and GTM environments to support large enterprise applications
Traffic Flow Management: Develop and manage F5 iRules to control traffic flows, manipulate headers, enforce routing and security logic, and ensure optimal performance
Network Optimization: Apply deep understanding of TCP/IP, SSL offloading, health checks, DNS, and application flow to maintain efficient, secure, and resilient traffic management
Enterprise Collaboration: Partner with project managers, solution architects, and application teams to deliver scalable and secure load balancing solutions that support new applications, migrations, and enterprise upgrades
Production Support: Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance tuning across high-traffic, high-availability environments
Qualification
Required
5–10+ years of hands-on load balancing experience in large enterprise or financial environments
Expert-level proficiency in F5 technologies (LTM, GTM) including design, configuration, and iRules
Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking, DNS, SSL, and general network security principles
Experience supporting enterprise-scale application traffic flows and optimizing load balancing for performance and redundancy
Excellent communication and documentation skills, with ability to collaborate across multiple technology and business teams
Preferred
Enterprise or banking experience is strongly preferred
